The bee hive product and specially its venom have prominentposition within natural toxins. During past decades natural remedies becamemore popular than before. This has different reasons. One of them was severeside effects of common medicines within the market and the other in this paper5 case report of this treatment is described. IntroductionThereare a lot of eye problems which could make someone to seek for atreatment.  Thefollowing 3 disease has been treated by this method.  1-  Uveitis Inflammationof the middle layer of the eye, termed the “uvea”. Uveitis may developfollowing eye trauma or surgery, in association with diseases which affectother organs in the body, or may be a condition isolated to the eye itself.Severe and permanent visual loss can result from uveitis.  2-  Blurred vision due to MS  Thisblurred vision could be due to an immune based disease such Multiple Sclerosis.Opticnerve problems due to a systemic degenerative auto – immune disease such as MSmay happen in related patients. 3-Sudden blurred vision Innormal subjects without any diagnosis or back ground of autoimmune diseasesudden blurred vision may happen. Materials andMethod Inthis treatment volunteer patients who were treated previously with routinemedications were selected by a physician. Before starting the treatment thepatient is asked to read the treatment protocol carefully and sign out theinform consent. In the BVT (Bee Venom Therapy) protocol all medications shouldbe discontinued and Para-clinical tests such as Clearance of Creatinine, SerumCortisol and Titration of IgG are performed. Controlledbee hives in which bees were naturally feed were specified by an experiencedbeekeeper. The mother bee hives were kept as far as possible from citypollution and farms’ poison spraying. In order to carry the required live beesto the surgery in the middle of town an especial isolated queen’s hive wasused. This new bee hive has been patented by Prof.  J. Pourasghar in Iran. PatientsCase Reports a-A 22 years old girl with MS diagnosis referred to us. She had symptoms such asblurred vision, diplopia. She had to wear an eye glasses due to anophthalmologist diagnosis after one month of her MS diagnosis. She had alsoparasthesia in her feet which would expand after high stresses. b-A 28 years old lady the mother of two children who had been diagnosed withMultiple Sclerosis. Complained mostly from eye problems together with phobiafrom jumping and height.   c-A 38 years old lady who had been diagnosed with Uveitis whose job was ashooting trainer faced with sudden symptoms such as redness and pain in herleft eye.d-A 46 years old male without any previous ocular problems had a sudden blurredvision. Afterreferring to 3 ophthalmologists and performing different clinical andPara-clinical tests such as angiography from retina’s vessels, Optic CoherenceTomography (OCT) and Ocular pressure had been examined. Those diagnosesdiffered from need to use eye glasses for Myopa, increasing the yellow spot onthe retina, and accumulation of water behind the retina to Migraine. The mostoptimistic forecast for solving the blurred vision problem was at least 1 yeartime period.  e-   A 32year old newly married female with the diagnosis of MS and the symptoms ofsevere blurred vision after a little dispute and tension. This patient The 26year old MS diagnosed married lady who had been recommended not to be pregnantwhich may worsen her disease situation. Para-clinicalTests Beforeapplying the Bee Venom Therapy, the patients were asked to perform fewPara-clinical tests such as titration of IgG, morning serum Cortisol andfunctional tests for kidneys.Thesummary of paraclinical tests before treatment is shown in Table 1. Tofollow up the situation of patient’s paraclinically, the patients were asked toperform 4 tests such as IgG, IgG4, Total Protein (TP), and Morning SerumCortisol within each 4 months time period.Thesummary of paraclinical tests after treatment is shown in Table 2. ApplyingHoney Bee Sting in Patients Atthe first step after checking the first Para-clinical test results prior toapply the Sting test we should make sure that the presented treatment protocolis observed carefully. It means if the patient was in her menses period she wasasked to post pone the BVT session till she had even no spotting.  Forthe start session 4 stings were applied after the first sting test from livebee of a controlled bee hive. The first sting was applied preferably at thelower limbs and the stinger would be removed as fast as possible. Then4 bee stings were applied on the eye points based upon the shiatsu pressurepoints.  At the continued sessions thestings applied on the area defined on the other points regularly with theexception of do not using the bee sting in place that was already swollen byprevious stings.  Results  Clinicallyall patients have been examined thoroughly and following results obtained: In first patient with MS not only she took off her eyeglasses which surprised her ophthalmologist, but also the blurred vision andlower limbs parasthesia especially in her feet has been diminished. This younggirl during this treatment succeed in the conquer in university and has got 2medallion positions in her hobby sports. In second lady with MS she not only regains all of her vision abilities but alsoshe has no phobia from height or jump. 3-In third patient with Uvietis the pain of left eye cornea has been finished andthe blurred vision has been decreased and time to time after severe stress mayhappen but not as it was before treatment. 4-The 46 years old guy with a sudden eye problem, whom the ophthalmologistsanticipate at least 1 year time period for his recovery, became completelycleared in vision after applying 4 live bee stings in 2 sessions nearby hiseyes. The ophthalmologist was surprised after his examination of clear visionwith no need to any eye glasses or further medications. In this patient due toshort term illness and short time of recovery there is no Para-clinicalcomparison before and after treatment.5-The 26 year old newly married lady MS diagnosed after one and half a yearperiod time became symptoms free. Therefore we recommend her to go forpregnancy. Now she has a son and due to her job in school time to time she mayhas a dispute but no blurred vision will happen again.Thesummary of applying Honey Bee Venom for the mentioned patients are given inTable 3

Discussion  Dueto protein based characteristics of Bee Venom and its water solubility, inorder to care more for its depletion from the body of patients it’s necessaryto check out the functional tests of the kidney before commencing Bee VenomTherapy (BVT).  Inthis regard for more safety of patient in applying bee venom a complete testfor patient’s kidneys is performed. Inorder to use live honey bees we should use the controlled bee hives.    The main reason for applying a controlled beehive was to observe the most intact bee hive products (organic product) for thepatients.  Asfar as we believe not only the HBV could not reconstruct the Meylin Shield overthe nerves nor could substitute instead of the damaged parts of Myelin,observance of the appropriate life style is so important for the patients. Thementioned protocol is structured in this purpose and it has followinginstructions such as:  - In order to helpthe different organs for good defecation, the patient should have a completerest (at least 4 hours) before mid-night). -  Taking massage under the water shower before8 A.M. early every morning.  -  Drinking the water as a medication (more than3 liters within a day) -  Good defecation (more than 3 times of bowelmoving within a day due to instruction of Avicenna 1) -  Having increase sport time within a weekThenutrition of patients plays a noticeable role in their recovery. Based up onthe physiology of the human beings’ teeth, there is a recommendation to use therequired meat not more than 1/8 of their total food.  Comparisonof paraclinical results of the patients before and after treatment shows a risein the titer of IgG4 as the main anti body against HBV. The IgG4 antibody is oneof four subclasses of IgG which in spite of the other subclasses has goodeffects in patient’s body.Thenutrition of patients was checked by means of Total Protein (TP) Test. In orderto a valuable reconstruction of the nerves shield, the blood stream of patientsshould be enriched from different essential amino acids. In this reason theraises of TP could be so important to improve the patients’ shows the betternutrition of patient.
