Anyway, there's been lots to catch up on since I've been away. Thankfully, our supporters have continued to fundraise for us in my absence, in fact Jason Ellis is currently cycling from John O' Groats to Glasgow! What a feat in this weather!! If you'd like to show him some support, as I think he needs it, please check out his justgiving page at http://www.justgiving.com/JASON-ELLIS-JOGtoGLSG
There's been a lot more articles following Jack Osbourne's diagnosis and how his family are handling the news. I think it's early days for this family to come to terms with not only learning about what the diagnosis means, but also how to cope with it in the spotlight, and I hope the media will give them some space!
A couple of articles that has caught my eye in the past week include a new study in Australia looking into the links between MS and Vitamin D, and one which was released today on the BBC news health site, focusing on research at Oxford looking into a gene flaw which explains why some people with MS don't respond to medications as they should.
It looks like it's a busy and exciting time in the world of MS! I'm off to open the rest of my post. Chat to you soon.
